Family wealth, leadership, and impact advisory
Generate Impact
Project context
Several audiences and high-stakes questions, one clear way in.
Generate Impact presents Dr. Rebecca Trobe’s Impact Coaching & Consulting practice. The firm advises and coaches high-net-worth families, family enterprises, foundations, organizations, senior leaders, and co-founder teams through questions involving money, power, mission, leadership, succession, philanthropy, and social impact.
Studio FLACH was asked to translate that wide, tailored practice into a site for several audiences. The work included website structure, responsive design, Webflow development, CMS setup, and initial search setup, with an emphasis on explaining who the practice serves, how engagements work, and why Rebecca’s experience matters.
The starting point
A calm visual direction for complex, high-trust work.
The starting board had to express a practice concerned with money, family, leadership, and impact without falling into the visual language of a financial firm or a standard coaching site. Deep blue established seriousness, warm orange added human warmth, and generous white space gave demanding subject matter room to be read.
Ripple, path, and connected-system imagery introduced movement and consequence, while editorial type and people-focused photography kept the experience grounded in real relationships. This direction became the basis for a website that could feel thoughtful, professional, and approachable across every client route.
Initial visual direction
The mood board set a calm, human direction through deep blue, warm orange, open space, ripple imagery, and people-focused photography.
Website structure
Let visitors enter through who they are or what they need.
Studio FLACH organized the site around Clients, the Work, Currencies, About, Speaking, client comments, and Contact. Visitors can begin with their own profile, the issue they face, the firm’s method, or Rebecca’s background.
The page order moves from broad questions to named client profiles, the Generative Impact Framework, engagement formats, and supporting proof. Generous spacing and clear section changes keep substantial material readable, and the Webflow CMS supports future posts and updates.
Selected views
Core themes, the named framework, Currencies, and the client engagement process define the main decision paths.
The final website
A calm setting for demanding conversations.
The finished site uses deep blue, warm orange, photography, and generous white space to give abstract topics a grounded visual setting. Images of ripples, paths, and connected systems support the message without competing with it.
Laptop and phone layouts retain the same reading order across the homepage, Work, Currencies, Clients, About, Speaking, and client comment pages. Calls to action lead naturally to more detail or a scheduled conversation.
Selected views
The complete homepage opening fold leads into client groups, client proof, founder, and speaking views.
Outcome and project scope
Several clear routes lead to the same trusted conversation.
Families, leaders, foundations, and organizations can locate relevant material, review the work, learn about Rebecca, and move toward a conversation. The public site describes the practice’s range without forcing every visitor through the same route.
Webflow provides reusable page structures, CMS support, and responsive coverage for ongoing content. The verified result is a readable information system and an active site that supports several audiences, services, and types of proof.
