Studio FLACH is led by Lucas and Stephanie Flach, a husband-and-wife team creating brand identities and websites for service businesses that value direct access, careful decisions, and clear responsibility.

Our Story
Lucas came to the work through brand identity and visual design. Stephanie began in production engineering, then moved into website design and development. Those different backgrounds still shape the studio today.
We built Studio FLACH around a simple preference: clients should be able to speak directly with the people thinking through and making the work. With fewer handoffs, more of the business context stays with the project from the first conversation to final delivery.
More than a decade later, we still work as a small senior studio, partnering remotely with consultants, firms, clinics, coaches, and other expert-led businesses across several countries.
Studio FLACH is led by two people with different backgrounds and shared responsibility for the final result.

Lucas leads brand direction, visual identity, and the early questions that shape each project.
He has worked in design for more than a decade, helping businesses turn ideas, expertise, and changing offers into visual systems people can recognise and use.
During a project, Lucas focuses on what the business should communicate, how it should look, and whether the design reflects the level of the work behind it.

Co-Founder & Digital Director
Stephanie brings a background in production engineering to website structure, design, development, and project delivery.
She focuses on how the parts work together, how the website behaves across devices, and what needs to happen for the final work to be practical after launch.
During a project, Stephanie helps turn the approved direction into a clear, dependable digital experience.
