What fixed price means in practice.

For True Mark, True Space, and Signature Suite, the agreed project scope has a fixed total price. You know what is included before the work starts. Fixed price does not mean an open-ended project. It means the agreed work has a clear total, with no added charges unless the scope changes. Next Step follows a monthly service model rather than a fixed project scope.

Defined scope

The proposal lists the work, review stages, and final deliverables included in the project.

Fixed total price

The agreed price does not change because a task takes longer than expected.

Revisions within scope

Feedback and refinements are included for the work already agreed.

Added work discussed first

Anything outside the original scope is priced and approved before we begin it.

What the price includes beyond the final files.

The price covers the thinking, communication, decisions, and hands-on work needed to move the project from the first questions to final delivery.

Direct senior access

You work directly with Lucas and Stephanie, the same people shaping the direction and doing the work.

One team across the project

Research, copy direction, brand identity, website design, development, and delivery stay with the same small team.

Time reserved for the work

Each project receives a defined place in our schedule, with space for review, refinement, and careful decisions.

Fewer handoffs

There are fewer people between your feedback and the people responsible for the result.

Clear responsibility

You know who is leading the work, what is included, and what happens at each stage.

Are the prices fixed?

Yes. True Mark, True Space, and Signature Suite each have a fixed total price based on a defined scope.

The price changes only when the agreed scope changes.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes.

True Mark can be paid in 2 payments of $4,500. True Space can be paid in 3 payments of $4,000. Signature Suite can be paid in 4 payments of $4,500.

The payment schedule is confirmed before the project starts.

What happens if the scope changes?

We discuss the new request, confirm whether it sits outside the original scope, and send the added cost before beginning the work.

Nothing is added to the invoice without approval.

What costs are not included?

Third-party costs are separate unless the proposal says otherwise.

These may include domain registration, website hosting, paid fonts, stock photography, software subscriptions, email or automation platforms, paid plugins, and taxes when applicable.

We identify expected external costs before the project starts whenever possible.

How do revisions work?

Feedback and revisions are included for the work already agreed in the project scope.

A revision changes or refines existing work. A new page, new deliverable, or new direction may require an added scope.

When do payments begin?

The first payment is due according to the payment schedule in the proposal.

The project start date and remaining payment dates are confirmed before work begins.

How does Next Step billing work?

Next Step is billed at $2,000 per month.

It provides ongoing monthly support across website, design, marketing, and brand needs. The service terms, request flow, and notice period are confirmed before the subscription starts.

Can Next Step replace a full brand or website project?

Next Step works best for ongoing tasks, updates, campaign work, maintenance, and steady monthly needs.

True Mark, True Space, and Signature Suite are better suited to larger projects that need a defined plan, full delivery, and dedicated project time.

Is there a discount for booking brand identity and website together?

Yes. Signature Suite costs $18,000.

Booking True Mark and True Space separately would total $21,000, so the combined project saves $3,000.
