FORMA — Squarespace Template

Yes. Change text, photographs, colors, and fonts in Squarespace’s visual editor. The custom styling is already installed, and the Visual Edit Guide shows you the editing controls.

You’ll add your own content, configure your forms, and check your site before publishing. Use the shared color and font settings and the included layouts to keep the design consistent. You set the pace; launch timing depends on your content and the changes you make.

Custom coding, content entry, migration, and a done-for-you website service aren’t included. Changes to the underlying code or custom effects may need technical help.

FORMA works on Squarespace 7.1 and requires a paid website plan with Code Injection , the feature used by its installed styling and effects. Check the current plan features, and wait for your delivered FORMA site and our subscription instructions before buying a plan. A paid plan is needed to publish; you can edit during the trial.

The $299 template price is a one-time payment in USD , with applicable taxes and your total shown before payment. There is no recurring Studio FLACH template fee. Your separate costs are:

• Your Squarespace subscription, which includes hosting and a secure connection.
• Your domain registration or renewal, unless covered by a provider offer.
• Any paid tools, photographs, fonts, or additional services you choose.

FORMA cannot be installed on WordPress, Wix, or another platform.

Yes. FORMA arrives as a separate website in your account. It won’t automatically change your existing design or move your content, and an existing subscription does not automatically become the plan for your new site.

You’ll need to plan the move: bring over your content, arrange your domain connection, and review important page addresses and links. Migration is not included. Follow the delivery instructions before purchasing a subscription for the new site; Circle eligibility is explained in the purchase terms.

Demo photographs and illustrative project or team images are not included or licensed for your published site. Your copy is prepared with safe image placeholders for you to replace with photographs you have permission to use. The sample projects and business details are illustrative.

FORMA’s installed decorative patterns are included for use within your licensed website. The purchase does not include a separate graphics library, editable pattern or identity source files, or a font-file package. Fonts remain subject to their platform or provider licenses; any fonts you add must be licensed for your use.

Your purchase includes 20% off the first year of an annual Squarespace website plan and a six-month trial through our Circle Gold partnership.

We create your new FORMA trial site and send instructions with its actual trial dates. The six months start when the site is created; accepting the invitation or completing the transfer does not restart that period. Upgrading to a paid plan ends the free trial.

You can use your own Squarespace account and payment method. Check that the discount appears before paying Squarespace, and contact us first if it doesn’t. Full eligibility details are in the purchase terms and your delivery instructions.

We send your invitation within two business days after both payment confirmation and receipt of your complete, correct Squarespace account name and email. We never ask for your password.

• The clock starts on the next business day after both requirements are complete.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Portuguese national public holidays, using Lisbon time.
• You need to accept the invitation and follow the ownership-transfer instructions. Your time to complete those steps is additional to the invitation window.

The deadline covers sending the invitation, rather than completing the transfer or launching your website. We help with access during the handoff. If we cannot meet the invitation deadline, we’ll contact you with an updated timetable; you can cancel for a full refund before accessing the template.

• Guidance lasts 60 calendar days from the completed site transfer .
• We reply within two business days . A reply may include questions or next steps; it isn’t a promise of resolution within that time.
• Include your order reference, page address, a description of the issue, and a screenshot when helpful. Don’t send passwords.
• There is no fixed number of requests within this scope. A request opened during the guidance period stays open while we work toward a reasonable conclusion.

Writing, branding, content entry, migration, custom design or development, calls, and ongoing maintenance are not included. You configure your domain, services, and final settings. Reports of defects present at delivery are handled separately from the 60-day guidance period; that period does not limit your rights under applicable law.

One purchase covers one live website, for your business or one client. You can charge a client for your customization work; the license follows the finished website to that client. Private staging and backup copies for that same website are allowed.

Each additional live website needs its own license. You may not resell, share, or distribute the template itself, or use one purchase as a reusable design library for multiple websites. Your own writing, photographs, and identity remain yours. The website license continues after the email-guidance period ends, provided you follow the purchase terms.

You can cancel for a full refund before your first access to the template , including while your invitation is still unaccepted. Receiving the guides alone does not count as template access. After you accept the invitation or access supplied template files, we don’t offer discretionary returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind.

Duplicate payments, non-delivery, and defects present at delivery are handled separately, as are any rights you have under applicable law. Contact hello@studioflach.com with your order reference.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within five business days , or sooner if required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. We don’t deduct a processing fee from a full refund. A full refund ends the template license; your own original content remains yours. Read the purchase terms for the complete policy.
